Our team is currently looking for an experienced System Programmer to design, implement and refine the game experience we provide to our console users.
As an integral part of the development team, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of features, as well as their optimization and adaptation across platforms.

In this role you will:
- Support console development on Xbox and PS5 by owning platform-specific technical challenges, investigating platform bugs, and ensuring stable, consistent gameplay experiences across both platforms.
- Contribute to performance analysis workflows by participating in the performance capture and pipeline process.
- Help maintain multiplayer stability by keeping memory usage under control.
- Improve team efficiency by automating workflows such as version delivery, content checking, and game testing.
- Promote best practices for Unreal Engine internal structures, assisting the team in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in programming in the video game industry.
- Strong C++ expertise and low-level programming skills.
- Familiarity with console development pipelines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in large-scale multiplayer environments.
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 systems and architecture, tooling pipeline (UAT, BuildGraph).
- Proficiency in performance profiling tools and methodologies.
