Responsibilities you will master: - Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch. - Offering financial advice on accounts, savings, and unsecured loans. - Demonstrating and supporting the use of digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking). - Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products. - Handling administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes. - Acting as a backup for foreign currency and forint cashiers when needed.
