Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting
Supervise, train, and support a large staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain and enforce food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Help coordinate staff scheduling and shift management
Provide excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally
Support management in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant
Ability to lead and manage a large team
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required
