Description
The Incident Coordinator is responsible for supporting the consistent, timely and well-documented management of incidents across Arc. The role will centralise administrative coordination (reporting and documentation), communication and follow-up for incidents that may span across multiple portfolios, and/or do not clearly fall within an existing functional or departmental area. This includes matters referred from UNSW and incidents connected to Arc services, activities, programs and spaces. The position is not responsible for managing internal HR matters or replacing the existing Clubs grievance processes. However, the role may provide coordination support to relevant teams during peak periods where required.
Skills And Experiences
Demonstrated experience in an administrative, coordinator or support role (~3 years)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and report writing
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work across teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and record management systems
Problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement within defined processes
Experience in incident management, complaints handling or compliance environments (highly desirable)
Experience in a university, student services or not-for-profit setting (highly desirable)
Familiarity with risk management or reporting frameworks (highly desirable)
