As an Executive Assistant your compensation will be $38.19 per hour.

A day in the life of our Executive Assistant … it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Executive Assistant accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.
As an employee, you are expected to provide our guests with a bespoke and memorable experience measured to the highest standards of food quality and service delivery. Additionally the execution of your position will be in accordance to our company policies, standards and procedures.
Experience: 5+ years of providing executive-level administrative support or equivalent corporate experience.
Tech Savviness: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with expense/travel systems (e.g., Concur, Workday) is highly preferred.
Discretion: Absolute reliability and professional discretion when handling sensitive, publicly traded, or confidential information.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high adaptability to dynamic environments, and the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
Answers, directs, and assists telephone callers in the Executive Office – primary responsibility to General Manager; Secondary Executive Office – Hotel Manager and Dir of Food & Beverage.
Point person for Environmental, Sustainability and Governance reporting. Sustainability program at Dorchester Collection.
Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Scheduling for General Manager - Meetings with employees, vendors, etc.
Assisting with the response & recording of Medallia Survey (Guest Surveys) within 24 hours.
Guest Correspondence – responding to guest thank you letters, comments (favorable and unfavorable),
Handling & resolving guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism within 24 hours.
Making and coordinating reservations – as delegated by Executive Office.
Ensure all VIP profiles are updated and accurate in Opera and/or NEXUS, Unifocus.
Coordinate and produce the weekly Manager’s schedule.
Assist with communication of special events reservations in F&B Outlets.
Drafting, preparing and distribution of Food and Beverage and Rooms memos and reports.
Specific tasks assigned by the Hotel Manager, Director of Rooms, and the Executive Assistant.
Transportation for VIP’s, corporate office executives, and internal visitors. Liaise with the Corporate Office, Beverly Hills Hotel and other Dorchester Collection properties and coordinate visits, handle requests and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain supply pars and process orders for necessary supplies in the Executive Office
Review arrival reports to ensure all notes and preferences are assigned and executed properly.
Write welcome cards recognizing VIPs and guests celebrating life milestones.
