The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Treasury leader ready to take on a broad, high‑impact role at the heart of a global insurer?
This role brings together European Treasury leadership and QCAP Treasury oversight, reflecting the growing complexity of QBE’s European footprint, regulatory requirements, and capital activity. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring strong liquidity, funding resilience and balance‑sheet optimisation, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Capital.

Your new role
In this Senior Treasury role, you’ll lead Treasury and Treasury Operations for Europe, while also supporting the evolving needs of QBE Capital (QCAP) and its third‑party business.
You’ll be responsible for cash, liquidity and funding across multiple currencies and jurisdictions, contributing to capital structure decisions and supporting strategic initiatives. The role sits within a small, highly collaborative Treasury team, where hands‑on delivery and strong relationships are essential.
