In 2021, Galt Pharmaceuticals moved to a 4-day work week. Every Friday off, at full pay. We believe that our people do their best work when they have time to rest, recharge, and bring fresh perspective to complex healthcare challenges.
Our hybrid remote model means our team works where they're most effective — splitting time between focused office collaboration and the flexibility of remote work. Our work-life balance score of 82 reflects a genuine commitment to our people's wellbeing.
